  All participants are required to complete and sign a Participant Agreement, Release and Assumption of Risk form. Minors must have a form signed by a parent or guardian to participate in a course.

The form is available below in a PDF format, however, since this form needs to be signed, they must be downloaded, printed, completed and signed, then either mailed or delivered in-person to Atlantic Climbing School.

Medical Disclosure
It is the responsibility of all clients to fully disclose to Atlantic Climbing School any pre-existing medical conditions, known allergies (particularly bees), existing or historical injuries (particularly to knees or shoulders), recent surgeries or any other physical limitations, and any medications they are currently taking. Full, open disclosure directly relates to client safety and enjoyment. Atlantic Climbing School reserves the right to exercise its judgment and disqualify and/or remove anyone at any time from a course if ACS has reason to believe that the client is not capable of participating in a course safely.

Acadia National Park Permit
Atlantic Climbing School is permitted to operate within the boundaries of Acadia National Park under a Commercial Use Authorization, reviewed and granted annually by the United States Department of the Interior, National Park Service.

Liability Insurance
Atlantic Climbing School is fully insured by the Wilderness Outfitters & Guides Association, Inc. (WOGA) of Salt Lake City, Utah in accordance with its operator requirements and guidelines.
