Directions
All courses (except those for Groups, inquire for separate directions)
meet at our office located in downtown Bar Harbor at 67
Main Street, 2nd floor. We’re easy to find, just
locate the center of downtown Bar Harbor: the junction of Cottage
Street and Main Street. Our office is located in the 3-story
corner building – a hanging sign marks our entrance on
the Main Street side.
Please, DO NOT come early for your scheduled course.
We intentionally stagger the starting times of our various courses
in order to alleviate congestion in our office. This ensures
that your guide can quickly and efficiently take care of all
of your paperwork and gear-fitting needs so that the time spent
in the office is kept to an absolute minimum.
Parking
Bar Harbor has a notorious summertime parking problem. If
your course is scheduled to start in the morning, you will
find plenty of temporary parking on Main Street in front of
our office. Parking for courses that start in the afternoon
presents more of a challenge. There is a municipal parking
lot located behind our building, accessed from Main or Cottage
Streets, but plan ahead and leave early enough to locate a
parking space if you have an afternoon course.
