Atlantic Climbing School uses only high quality, UIAA-approved climbing equipment. The UIAA (Union Internationale des Associations d’ Alpinisme)
is a respected international organization that sets manufacturing standards for climbing equipment worldwide.
ACS uses equipment from top-of-the-line manufacturers only. Our helmets are made by Petzl; harnesses by Trango and Petzl; shoes by Five Ten and La Sportiva; ropes by Mammut and Sterling; and carabiners,
cams, nuts, slings and packs by Black Diamond, Metolius, Mammut and Petzl.
Our guides wear clothing by Patagonia, Wild Things, Mammut, and Prana.
Our equipment is inspected and replaced regularly.
